This piece is a Rolex Submariner ref. 5513, made in 1969. The watch has a matte black ‘meters first’ dial with cream lume plot hour markers and is marked ‘SWISS-T<25’ below the 6 o’clock hour marker. The dial also features Mercedes hands. The dial is in fantastic condition. The bezel sits on the 40mm stainless steel case which is in a fair condition showing signs of general wear such as hairline marks and light dinks. We have opted to leave the case in its current condition as we believe it to be in original and un-polished. Housed behind the screw down case back, is the automatic Rolex cal. 1520 movement which is running well. The watch plexi has some light marks but we have opted to keep it on the watch as it is original. The watch comes on a folded link Rolex jubilee bracelet which bares some damage on the clasp. This piece also comes with the iconic Rolex coffin box.
