We are delighted to offer high quality watch repairs to our site visitors with an easy, stress-free process without leaving your house! We offer a range of services from glass change, polishing to full servicing with a 12-month warranty. Listed below is a short list of some of the services we offer.

HOW DOES IT WORK…

Begin by contacting us via the ‘enquire now’ button below. Here you will be forwarded to our contact page, please fill out your contact details and notes as to the issues you have been experiencing with your watch or what service you would like to use. You can also book an over the phone consultation at a time that is convenient for you.

Depending on the service you require, we can offer you a price during our consultation or we may require reviewing the watch before quoting the repair. Provided you would like to proceed, we would then arrange collection via our couriers, or you can opt for a drop off at your local collection point. All our shipments are fully insured and shipped via DHL Express or FedEx, depending on your location.

All that’s left for you to do is notify us of a convenient day for collection or drop off, securely package your watch, attach the postage label and await collection. Upon arrival we will send you a confirmation email notifying you of your watches arrival! If the job requires a quote, we will review your watch and have a full quote sent over to you in 2-5 working days. Provided you are happy to proceed, an invoice will be issued detailing the work, cost and estimated time of completion. Upon completion you will receive a request for payment, once the payment has been confirmed, we will ship your item back to you. Nice and easy!
