This vintage Patek Philippe is a ref. 3543. The champagne dial has remained in good condition and features roman numeral hour markers. The dial is marked ‘SWISS’ below the 6 o’clock hour marker. The 31mm 18ct gold case is in good condition with signs of wear and light hairline scratches. The case is fitted with its original integrated mesh/woven bracelet produced by Jean Pierre Ecoffey which is in a similar condition to the case. Housed behind the case back is a manually wound Patek Philippe cal. 23-300PM movement which is running well. This piece comes with its purchase receipts and original Patek Philippe box.
