Since its creation by Louis Cartier in 1917, the Cartier Tank has been associated with some of the worlds most renowned figures from Royalty to actors, from politicians to sports stars. The Cartier Tank is an iconic piece, steeped in horological history. Its design has certainly stood the test of time taking on a variety of different forms. The piece we have here is the Cartier Panthere.

This piece is in a fair condition. Starting with the off white dial which is in its original condition with clear type. The gold bezel is fitted to the 22mm diamond set 18ct gold case. The case is fitted with its iconic diamond set crown. Housed behind the screw down case back is a quartz Cartier movement which is clean and running well with a new battery recently fitted. The crystal shows some light wear present when viewed under a loupe. The watch is fitted on its original Cartier 18ct gold bracelet which is in a similar condition to the case. This piece comes with its Cartier box.
