The Cartier Tank Americaine ref. W2620030 has a 23x41mm 18ct gold diamond set case and is in good condition with light oxidation. The case is fitted with a diamond set crown. Housed behind the screw down case back is an automatic movement which is clean and running well. The watch is fitted on its Cartier leather strap with its original 18ct gold Cartier buckle. This piece also comes with its guarantee card.
