This particular reference is a 1601, it has a grey dial with ‘stick’ hour markers and clear black type. The watch is fitted with gold hands, a date window at 3 o’clock and a yellow gold bezel. The distinctive bezel is mounted on the 36mm stainless-steel oyster case with a screw down Rolex crown and has remained in a fair condition. It is paired with a stainless steel Rolex jubilee bracelet. The bracelet is in a similar condition to the case and bares some slack. Housed behind the screw down case back is the automatic Rolex movement which is running well. This piece comes with its guarantee papers dated 1969.
