Since its creation by Louis Cartier in 1917, the Cartier Tank has been associated with some of the worlds most renowned figures from Royalty to actors, from politicians to sports stars. The Cartier Tank is an iconic piece, steeped in horological history. Its design has certainly stood the test of time taking on a variety of different forms. The piece we have here is the Cartier Panthere.

Starting with the off white dial which is in its original condition with clear type. The gold bezel is fitted to the 22mm stainless steel & gold case. The case is set with its iconic sapphire crown. Housed behind the screw down case back is a quartz Cartier movement which is clean and running well. The crystal is in good condition. The watch is fitted on its original Cartier gold & stainless steel bracelet which is also in good form and condition and measures approx. 15.5cm.
